New Setup

ok everyone
yesterday my front right tire went completly flat in a matter of 300 feet.

im not sure what happened to it but its cracked to hell now and done for.
So i ordered all new 38X15.50R20 Mickey Thompson MTZ's, which will be here tuesday

I also ordered 20X10 Black KMC XD Monsters which wont be here untill Nov 30th.

I was going to go with Rockstars but they are on backorder also untill second week of December. And then i saw some pics of the monsters and liked them more and more.

im pretty set on my Monsters right now, but part of me still thinks Rockstars, but i also need my truck ASAP. for im driving the 98' Discovery II right now.

1- pics of these rims on f150s? lifted preferably
2- what yall think?

I'll tell you what I think, I think you need to take some pictures of that big *** bumper you put on your truck.

I'm not going to be another guy to harrass you about your bumper, but I wouldn't be mad if you hurried up

That said, your truck will look great with both wheels, those XD's are a little more rare so stick with those. You're going to hate it when your rims feel dime-a-dozen.

no since they hate it sooo much
i think ill just wait and take the pics when i got my tires, wheels on so they can see all three at once

i think im sticking with monsters.
im really excited to have
A) a actual mud tire, that is aggressive looking also
B) to step up to some 20's

oh and just so yall know, im getting the monsters in matte black, not chrome.

im so mad though that they are on backorder....i could have my truck in 3 days if they werent.

and bud.....that was a good guess....haha it came to be $3558 for the wheels and tires.

well i was going with toyos thump

untill the price for the toyos were 100 bucks more a piece....so i went with the MTZs to save 400 bucks

and then the rockstars were going to take longer to get...i like the monsters equally if not more after seeing pictures. and i havent seen a single truck with monsters arouynd here but ive seen some with rockstars.

This has got to be the best flat tire story I've read. Can't wait to see the new setup.

Maybe I'll send ya a disposable camera for Christmas so you can post some pics up. :santa:
