So I think I came up with a list:

Exhaust Cut-Out (est $400 after install)
S&B Cold Air Intake (est $280)
Mark LT Handle (est $270)
Headlights (total package) (est $600)
Harley Davidson Taillights (est $80)
Weather Tech Floor mats (est $170)
Paint to Match Flares (est. $200)
Edge (est. $400)

yay or nay...

forget the exhaust cutout IMO....I think it's ghetto and typically sounds like CHIT.

if you want performance get an EDGE, Intake

if you want Looks go with Headlights, tailights, and LT handles

Not sure how much he is spending on you but that is less than 1k

that's what I would go for

Go for a Whipple, get it dyno tuned from a reputable tuner and your set and won't be disappointed. I know its more expensive, but your already sitting at roughly $2,500 with what you listed and won't have near the performance.
But remember if you go the supercharging route its all in the tune to keep your truck running safe.
