I am having problems with my fuel shut-off switch i was wondering if I could just bypass it. is there a way

 

That is not something you want to bypass. If you didnt need it Ford would not put it there!! Now get to the point, what the hell happened that is causing problems with it??

 

DO NOT bypass the fuel shut off! It's there to prevent the fuel pump from feeding a fire in the event of an accident.

 

What kind of problems are you having that would want you to bypass the fuel cut-off?

 

I hit a small bumop in the road and it shut offs the fuel.
i go over train tracks and it shut off the fuel . i hit a deer at 140 km and it does not shut off the pump. i changed the fuel pump and i can not start the truck now.

 

Well, did you ever think it could be the new fuel pump?

 

First thing you should check are the FUSES. Why did you change out the pump in the first place???
