Odd wobble in steering wheel. 04 Lariat SCREW 4x4

Just curious but when I travel at speeds reaching 55-70 mph the steering wheel begins to wobble as if the tires themselves are wobbling. it stops when it reaches around 70 mph. I am running BFG AT's on stock rims and maybe this has something to do with it, but I doubt it. Any advice will be appreciated. Also the steering wheel is slightly crooked is this an alignment issue?

Sounds like steering alignment to me. How many miles? Has it always done it or recent development?

Well I just purchased it and never really got it up to highway speed during the initial test drive.
