I'm young but I would just wait until I could afford the wheels and tires. I mean whats the sense in having a set of wheels sit in your room?

37-17=20,

The rule of thumb I have always seen has been to have at least 50% of the overall tire height be rubber...

well if you only buy one rim at a time its not so hard to spend the cash...as to say...spending $3k at one time for rims/tires
