Arrow Maintenance periods

With the spark plug issue, oil change variables and personal experience, How would you modify the recommended maintenance on your truck. 3k or 5k for oil changes? When to clean/change plugs? And such the like.

Everyone has an opinion on these things. I just can't go too long between oil changes, so I change mine every 3500 to 4000, usually about 3800. The plugs, I will wait till about 85,000 or so. I am near 58,000 now. The fuel filter, I do about every 12,000 to 15,000. I have a K&N air filter that I clean every 15,000. The other stuff, I do according to the Ford recommendation. Oh, and I rotate the tires every oil change.

I am doing about the same on mine with the exception of the plugs. I plan on having them done while I'm still under warranty, just in case. I originally was going to have them done at 30K but it seems like there have been more good plug change treads then bad lately. So maybe the dealers are taking more cautions with them than they were at first.

My oil is done every 3k with the tires rotated each time. Fuel filter is done every 15K. Tranny flush every 30K and now I am going to be changed the filter every 15K. My truck is almost two years old now so I plan on flushing the brake fluid soon as well as the antifreeze. Differential and power steering fluid service will be at 50K.
