It's on pg 72, Appendix A of the owner's manual. None of you read about the dipstick for the power seating fluid?

I pressed the button six or seven times and my computer started beeping and my MPG's went up to 26mpg...crazy I am about to go out and press it 3 to 400 more times.

Here is the pick of it...I tryed to get a pick of the other side but couldnt get a clear one with the old camera phone. Basically small black plunger style button on back.

I suspect the observation earlier that it has to do with a dealer installed alarm is correct. If it had one and you didn't want to pay for it, they would remove it, but may have left that on there.

I knew I was right.

Most dealers alarm service comanies leave the LED in there.

That is the programming and emergency shut off for the aftermarket alarm.

Wait, wait, wait.... I betcha it was YOU who put that bearing in my truck... thinking you are soooo dang savvy for putting out a public service announcement about random ball bearings on the drivers side... I betcha it was the one you accidently left in your pocket when you were rigging not only mine, but the rest of the ones on the forum's F150's... just to get a count of who was paying attention on the forum.

At least I got an A+ on my exam... along with a picture...

I'm just kidding with you bogman...

ManualF150:

I R not so smart enuf to start such a ball bearing on the floor plot all by my lonesone self. And especially not smart enough to plant one in an F150 in Texas and one in yours in NY.
