Trying to Decide on Headlights

Well I just purchased some harley tail lights from a fellow member. I am now working on getting new headlights. I found these halos that I really like. Tell me what you think.. I plan on running HID's in the future but probably just in the Fogs. From what I have read it seems like running just Fogs will be more than bright enough.

they definitely look good. Its hard to tell if they will leak or not. Thats the question with all aftermarket headlights.

I think I might try them. I'm gonna wait to talk to matt first though. Anyother members with these lights?

These ones are the leakers. If you get them be sure to seal them up with a bead of silicone before you slap them on your truck.

I got them... Love the looks you get... I sealed them soon after recieving them just to be a precaution... But ironically after my wash of the truck yesterday the drivers side fogged up I have had them since March... and no problems like everyone else until now... I actually got stopped by a guy in a BMW, rolls down the window and says... "Nice Headlights".... ... you know he was thinking up that line for a while

Anyways back on topic... The projectors I do not know if they are true projectors but I get flashed sometimes with my silverstars in them and just the headlights on... So they will make HID's crazy bright... like the guy that got blasted by fellow members for the ridiculous glare... There is a difference in getting them for looks and getting them for actual light output... Blinding people just isn't cool... IMHO

I have them and from the same ebayer. No leaks, work great. If you have HID's they are way bright. I decided to go back to stock bulbs. The halos are awesome and shine bright.

Oh yeaah, Im the one that got blasted

Anyways John i think they look good, but its hard to tell if they are more of a satin finish inside of the lens, or if its glossy. I think the satin finish might look a little dull compared to the rest of the truck. I like them tho.

Thanks for the help guys. I am buying a recon 3rd brake light as well and figured I cant leave the headlights out. As soon as they pay me what they owe me at work(long story damn payroll never be incorporatd with a school district) then I think I will but them and HID's. You think HID's in the fogs and heads is over kill?

I like the design but the quality is probably lacking far behind OEM lenses. I say either OEM HDs or Hellas.
