Question High Flow Cats/ True Duals?

Hey every one, been thinking a little about redoing my exhaust to maybe gain a few ponies. I was wondering, if i run high flow cats and a true dual X-pipe would i gain any power? My current setup is JBA headers, stock cats and three inch catback... any feed back will helpful

Replacing the cats is worthless, you might as well just eliminate them all together.

which high flow cats are you going to use. i have used the magnaflow carsound cats numerous times in the past. didnt notice much over stock. i say unless you are going to use cats such as raondom tech or similar i would just put in new cats if it has a lot of miles and then do the x pipe or a muffler that does the same thing.

You'd probably gain a little peak power at the expense of low end power.

i have had the single three inch all the way out. magnaflow. to much drone for me. then o went to the single 3 in and dual 2 1/4 out before the rear wheel. sounded goodand worked well. then went to the true dual with a flo pro muffler that meets in the middle. like it the best and the power to me is great.

the stock exhaust with a decent catback is good for about 400 hp. so unless you're going to make ALOT of power, just leave the stock cats in there.

you'll gain nothing but problems by messing with 'em
