4 YL3Z-84286A54-AA Grommets or rubber washers.

Cost on the bolts list is 9.24 each. Usually sold for 6.93 each.
Cost on the nuts list is 2.95 pair. Usually sold for 2.21 pair
Cost on the grommets list is 6.38 each. No dealer price handy.
Does anyone know if the W520414-S309 nuts is sold in a pair? cant wait to order the parts so i can put them on.

I don't know if this will help you any, because I installed mine with a Dualliner. What I found though, was I could mount the pivot bolts through the liner (sandwiching the liner between the bolt's captured washer and the sheetmetal), but that didn't work with the grommets. I had to use a small hole saw to cut a hole in the liner slightly bigger than the o.d. of the grommets so that they would sit flush with the sheetmetal. I don't have any pics, but I'll snap some if that would help. Hopefully, someone with a factory liner will chime in.

top hole did not come out as smooth as i wanted... but it works.

i tried to put the gromets over the bed liner but it did not work... the ridges on the grommet would not catch the metal on the bed.... ended looking like this...

finished up

Thanks mc2912. Can you list the part numbers again, I'm going to order as soon as you repost exactly what I need. It seems like you worked around not buying all the parts, which I am open to doing and finding what I need at the local hardware store. I'll obviously need the bushings and the bolts, but the washers I can find on my own as well as the nuts.

Thanks for your discovery, huge help! Pics are a plus! How solid is everything by the way?

2 w707381-s900 bolts
4 YL3Z-84286A54-AA Grommets or rubber washers.
2 W520414-S309 nuts (can get these at the autoparts)

also two large washers for the backside...
like i said.. you can get the nuts for a few bucks at the autoparts store.. a lot cheaper...

How did you get the nuts on the back of those bolts? And how much are each of those parts again or just a link to the website where I can search. I sound like a whiney bitch but I'm going to purchase now, thanks again you're such a big help.
