I started looking for the same bumper, ebay has them from $200-300 plus shipping.

I havent looked in a few weeks, but do a search on ebay they come right up. If you do the swap let me know how it goes. I still want to do it but I need to take care of other things first. Good luck.

Yes that's correct, the brackets changed on the 2006 & newer models. Here are the pics of my swap (2006 to 2006 though) Got my bumper at www.getfordparts.com If you go on there, have Dominic help you out, very helpful with my inquiries. That site is actually a ford dealer but they are way cheaper than going to a dealer for parts.

Just keep your eyes peeled on ebay like they said.... I got the fog lights on there. I bought the bumper, new headlight switch with fog option from www.getfordparts.com My truck was factory wired from the headlight switch to the fuse/relay box on the pass side kick panel! I only had to finish wiring from that box to each fog light. The switch swapped right out and everything else just bolted on. Good luck....

Here are some part#'s which may help out in your search:
6L3Z-17757-BA (Chrome bumper with round fog holes for 2006 up)
5L3Z-11654-CAA (Headlight switch with auto headlights & foglights-Dark Flint color)
The connectors for the fog lights I found at a local auto parts store.

When you mounted your bumper was there any kind of adjustment you could make to the spacing between the top of the bumber to the painted front end? My lines on my 07' in this area do not seem to run parallel. At any rate, the sides of the bumber need to be higher.

I've seen the aftermarket versions on Ebay but who knows what kind of quality those are. Try www.fastpartsnetwork.com

Hey tmd07

I'm in the peocess of doing the same thing you did to my 06 F150. I have ordered all the parts except for the new light switch which controls the foglights. I was told that I would need to purchase a new wiring harness which was very expensive if I had intentions of using the OEM switch. Can you share how you hooked up you foglights using the new OEM switch? The more detailed you can be, the better. Thanks in advance.
