friend im in my second year of college and i paid for all of my lift wheels and tires. i am taking 15 units playing on the college tennis team and working as a tennis coach 5 days a week. and yes i thought about selling because gas is expensive and im planing on moving into the city (LA) for school, big truck in the city sucks!

i have to pay for everything now. i drove the truck in high school, but this summer when my dad told me i could take the truck to college, the title is now in my name, i pay for everything, mods maintenance, etc. (yes when my transmission went out this summer, i had to buy the new one) and gas.

man i wish my parents bought all my stuff...

it does feel better knowing i worked my @ss off for everything though, much more rewarding to me

do i want to lift it? hells yeah. will i ever be able to afford it? prob not. ohwell.

Affording is about priority. Some like homes, some like cars. Some lucky ****s get to like'em both.

I don't know why everyone bashes Pat, if I have the money my son will have what he wants most. However Pat, it's 2007, and whale tail is out.

how is having a few ideas making me a spoiled brat. im not going to take it seirously cause you dont know me but i will defend myself.

i did buy my lift, tires, wheels and gears. My parents offered to pay for installation of it all. Christmas my brother worked with my parents and got my first sound system and edge for me.
Then i switched that system out for my brothers old system (what i have now). This past christmas my dad got me the exhaust system. and predator guard with money i got for christmas. Toolbox was for my birthday this year.

Last time i checked people got presents for christmas and birthdays.

as ive said many times i never asked for my truck, my dad saw it, liked it, and bought it cause of the employee pricing deal. I was getting my brothers 1998 Land Rover Discovery II before he bought the truck.

Everything on my truck, i have gotten for my birthday, or christmas, never just randomly unless i bought it, like paying for the box my subs are currently in, the new amp, and installation of it.
Only exception has been the boondocks bumper.

wow...my family doesn't buy me anything for my truck....i bought it...paid for all my mods...and still saving to buy more mods if i didn't have this house and all my other bills/toys then i would have had it lifted by now....anyways i would either go for the rims or as many parts as you can get....i have the same color combo as you and i was looking at the fx2 heads....i did a google search and saw a few on the black fx2's....they dont look that good sometimes on the black...i decided to stick with my stock heads....eventually maybe harleys but i honestly think the stockers look nicest...post some pics when you get some stuff...since i have the same color combo im anxious to see....especially if you get the fx2 heads

i like the idea of option B alot at the moment, the exterior of my truck is boring to me now.

so
im going for those DEPO LED's that Tuff4rd has
Line of Fire
HIDS
Black chrome Grille
Smoked Recon 3rd Brake Light
and some new exhaust tips i think.
