Alignment specs for 04 FX4 Screw w/ Bills

About 5,000 miles ago I had my local shop install a Bilstein lift (at 2"), my new 17" Centerline Grizzlies and 33" Goodyear ATS tires. They used an alignment cam kit to obtain the proper spec and provided me with a printout confirming???? the numbers.

I just had the tires rotated for the second time because they are cupping so bad on the front. The steering feels a little strange since this installation as well. I have run ATS tires for years on many trucks so I know they are not the culprit. In fact, my FX4 truck got 65,000 miles out of the ATS-like OE tires.

Can anyone give me the proper alignment spec so I can check "their" spec? My truck looks great though the front seems a little tight or stiff (don't think I would say harsh).....feels like the lift nearly tops the shocks because they don't have much droop to soak up speed bumps. Anyone else feel like this with the Bills?

If your alignment is still off after an alignment job, I would suspect upper balljoints are bad (or something else is bad).
