Console question..

This may be a dumb question, but the consoles out of the 08 f250s look pretty cool i was wondering if they're the same size as the 20' part of the bench seat, its damn near impossible to find a xlt console for less than $300 bones...anyway any ideas?

XLT console.
They are on there for less from time to time. I got mine for $195.

Well I have experience with both...I installed a XLT console in my old 04 F150 and swapped the center "20" in my 08 F250 for a console. And I can tell you that without some major modifications the SD console will not fit in your truck. I think its too wide to start with but even if its not the mount in the truck totally different. The F150 console bolts directly to the floor from inside the console and the SD console has mounting brackets that bolt between the seat frame and the floor. There is no way to bolt the SD console down without using the brackets because the inside does not go all the way to the floor like the F150 console does, and the brackets wont even come close to fitting the F150 seat brackets.
