Does anybody have any tricks to get the black part of the f150 out of the chome emblem on the side of the truck so it just shows the silver without wrecking the paint or emblem.

A pressure washer worked good on most of mine. Although it would have been cooler if I was actually trying to take the paint off. Since the job was half done I went ahead and did the rest. I used mineral spirits and a plastic wire cap. First you need to get a rag and get a corner nice and damp with the mineral spirits and than hold it on the badge for about 30-60sec. Than go to town with the wire cap. I didnt scratch mine at all. Some guys use acetone. Make sure not to get ANY on the truck though and if you do rinse it off right away. I got lazy and didnt finish the job still looks good though
