I was interested in buying either a leveling kit or a lift kit for my 07 F150 XLT. I was wondering would this void the warrenty? It is a brand new truck and don't want to do anything that will affect the warrenty.

Why dont you call the dealer and ask them??? Some guys are going to say no, while others will say yes. Call the dealer that does your warranty work and ask them. If they tell you it will than call another dealer and see what they say.

No affect on your warranty unless the part that fails is directly affected by the mod.

 

Meaning they will probably void your front suspension warrenty. Depends on how good a relationship you have with them.

 

I don't have a real strong relationship with them. It is my third truck I have bought from them but who knows. I guess I will just have to wait........ I am already waiting to install a SC so waiting for this really won't be a big deal. Thanks for the comments
