New Alternator

so i finally got a new alternator from excessive amperage and it works great and i can really tell a difference i upgraded all my wire from alternator and grounds to 0 guage wire

and i cleaned up my battery and added my terminals

but NOW i have a problem i honestly dont think it has anything to do with the alternator

my passenger side headlight wont work at full power and my ac wont work, but the lights and the ac will work fine until the night time my right turn signal on the dash stays lit all the time its really weird and idk what to do

That's why you only change one thing at a time. That way, it's easy to diagnose the problem. There are several threads in this forum that deals with problems installing aftermarket alternators. Did you install a Motorcraft alternator? The only thing, other than an aftermarket alt, that could be causing the problem is the new wiring you installed.
