haven't needed any "service" really, just when i ordered the unit, i was told it would ship in a day or so. a few days went by and i called and got the same answer "it will ship in a couple days". few days pass and i still don't have any shipment notification so i call AGAIN and some lady tells me, "oh, they are still testing them, they are scheduled to ship in about a week" or something like that. I wouldn't have had a problem waiting in the first place, just dont bull**** me

Thanks, not bad for a 2 year old truck. I try to wipe it down at least once a month. Plus as I was installing the intake I was wiping everything down.
