I paddlefish in my hometown of Williston, ND every year when I get the chance. Season is only about 2 weeks long though. Anybody who's ever done this knows what a great time it can be.

Since I've moved to Montana I've taken up fly-fishing. I absolutely love it, not sure I could go back to regular bait fishing now. I however refuse to become one of those "fly-fishing snobs" you see around here. Spending thousands on rod/reel combo's, and having all the super expensive clothes, etc. I do it redneck style, wading boots, shorts, a t-shirt and my "cheap" combo setup.

Nice

I actually just got back from the water. I only ended up with one redfish while drifting the flats.

If all your catchin is trouser trout then you have no skills. Islamorada is the sport fishing capital. Saltwater is where its at.
