I have a 06 sc xl 4.6 and i was wondering what kind of up grades i can do?
It is 2wd and i would like to put power door locks,chrome tow hooks can i just bolt them on or what?,new grill , more power without voiding my warrarty, hopefully you guys can lead in the right direction or maybe you guys have some picture of upgraded xl's thanks

 

-The tow hooks should bolt up to the frame rails, but your lower valance would need to be replaced with one from a 4x4 truck or dremel out an area for the hooks to poke through on your existing valance.

-Cant help you with the door locks as I dont know much about that, I'm sure others will pop in with some help shortly though

-Easiest power without voiding the warranty will come from a tuner. With all the elctronic controls in these trucks they really wake up with the addition of a tuner. The benefit of the tuner for those under warranty is the truck can be returned to stock at any time and sent in for warranty work without Ford really knowing. Most tunders also have setting to help when towing or hauling heave loads as well as firmer shifts

You can add power door locks and power windows pretty easily. There are lots of threads about it on here just search for it. There are lots of kits around, either ebay or other car sites. There is another member, i believe his name is chrisadams who seems to be the guy to talk to about adding power windows and locks. I have a XL and swaped out the middle seat for a console, pics are in my gallery. As for the tuner, edge and xcal2 seem to be the most popular around here.
