HID light question...

Hey I have HID fogs and headlights. My drivers side fog light has gone out. I checked all connections with a test meter and am reading ~12.6 volts all the way through the wiring harness up to the fuse and that's the last place to test it. I am wondering if the bulbs burn out or if it's something else. I haven't had them more than 4 months or so. Maybe a little longer, but they shouldn't be burnt out. If they are burnt out, how do I go about replacing the bulb? Thanks in advance for any comments.

Remove the Bulb from the fog housing, and look inside it theres gonna be a tube running up in the middle with a what looks like a ball, if its yellow the bulbs fine, if its a dark grey color that means it's burnt out. Also check to see if the support rod on the side of the bulb isn't cracked or else it wont carry current.

Could be from moisture, I was replacing fog HID's left and right until I just decided to remove them all together and install silverstars, then the silverstars started blowing out more frequently so I just removed the fogs, Ran over the sons of bitches, and ordered new ones from getfordparts.com $35 a peice, but that's another story.
