I have a 04 extended cab lariat 4x4. When turning into parking lots or crosing small ditches at an angle theres a loud knock lock something is hitting when the suspension is compressed. the truck drives fine and it only does it when hitting the bump at an angle. Does anyone know what this could be?

The first thing that I would check would be your front sway bar end links. It sounds to me that they are loose. That would be my best guess.
