hellpp!

I have an 04 reg cab 2wd with the 0-3" coilover up front and a 3" leaf spring out back with skyjacker hydro shocks and 20" wheels on 325/50/20 mickey thompson atz....my rear end jumps around soo much, would new, better shocks help with that? its almost unbearable to ride in and is causing my exhaust to loosen and clank around...i know 20s make it a rougher ride as well as the tires, i may go down to stock 18s soon but...what should i do as far as the shocks? thanks for any help...

Hellwig sway bar and Rancho 9000 shocks fixed my bed jumping issue.
