06 4x4 30k what needs to be done

2006, 4.6, auto, 4x4 with 3.55 & towing package
Ok I have done some moderate towing, but mostly highway miles with little to no cargo. I am up on 33k and have a bit of a rough idle but the truck runs great other than that. Getting 15 mpg city and 18 hwy on a regular basis. I plan to do the work myself and I plan on swapping the F & R diff fluid, replacing the fuel filter & air filer with a OEM unit. Also going to check the braake pad life left. Do I need to mess with the transmission yet? I have acces to a power flusher if thats whats needed. Or should I just drop the pan. Anything im missing and also am I doing aything I dont need to? I use my truck for personal use and sales and generally put about 35k a year on it. I plan to keep it till 200k so I would like to keep up with maintenence so I dont cause premature failure of parts.

All of the above and a transmission service every 30k.

Flush the Tranny, dropping pan will not suffice.

I let the dealer bend me over at $180.
