lol...I was thinking the same thing. I guess some people like that kinda "nostalgia"(sp) stuff...

 

I like a CB for 2 reasons.

1) Truck drivers give you the heads up and even a re-route around traffic problems.
2) Traveling in a group, nice to have a CB or 2-way to keep in touch. Not something where you would want to have a cell phone keyed up all the time for.

 

When I go offroading with my buddies we're in a canyon and there is no cell service. C.B. works fine.

Mounted in the open right by me so don't need a speaker.
