I went to a the BP gas station right next to my Ford dealer and I saw a fx2 in the gas station parking lot with these sweet rims. I asked the owner where he got these rims with the ford emblem. He told me that they came with the truck, I was confused so I inquired how. He told me that this was a 2008 FX2 and these were the new rims.

Well they look awesome, no pics sorry. They are a brushed aluminum and they are about a $824 option. Any one else seen these of have a pic of them? This might be the answer to my rim question.

 

Where they 18 or 20's?

 

Don't quote me on this but I believe 20" I took a quick look at his actual tires and they were Pirelli scorpions. So I assumed 20" But boy are they sharp looking. If you guys have a chance to look at a new FX2, take a look.

Yes, the 2008s are on dealer lots.

 

The thing is i know the FX2's come with two wheel options. The first option comes on most of the FX2 Scabs like mine and it comes with 18's rims that are color keyed and on BFG's(see my gallery) and the Screws come with 20's wrapped in Pirelli Scorpions which Black3v has when he bought his if you want to look at his gallery. So IMO either they have three (3) wheel options now or you have never seen the stock 20's before and are confusing them for something new.

 

My fx2 came with 20"s with the Perelli Scorpions, it was an upgrade. I know for a little less money you can get 18's.

They told me [possibly] late September to [most probably early October. I'll have another look later this arvo when I drive past.

dealership here has a bunch of '08s including a supercharged harley and one of the new white limiteds.

 

I think they started building on Aug. 20th. That's pretty damn fast. We have 08's on the lot also here in AR.

It CLEARLY indicates on page 6 that there is a brand new 20" wheel for the FX2.

What the hell are you talking about? Look at the legend on the bottom of page 6. If that was the new 20" rim package for it would have a star on it indicating it is new for this model year.

They are just probably the same 20" rims that already are an option form the 07 model year.
