I can see where that would come in handy, but wouldn't that make a cop wanna hassle you more? Kinda like I can't get his speed so ima bust him on whatever else I can, you know? Good product don't get me wrong just seems like it would cause more problems than solve. Just my .2

the one thing about the valentine was that it tells you what direction the radar is coming from, using red arrows. its pretty cool. but the escort is so much cheaper, and performs slightly better at actual detection. its probably the better value bang for the buck detector.
Thats funny, I did the same thing with my brother in laws Valentine1 and had the same outcome, My Escort Passport 9500i would sound before the V1 would.

I would like to know more about this too. I drive all day everyday around DFW and just last week I got a ticket from a scooter cop that was speed trapping everyone on the George Bush Turnpike.

The George Bush Turnpike can be a pain I got a laser ticket on that highway... That laser jammer would've came in handy then!

The M45s should be around the 600-700 dollar mark, if I remember off the top of my head. Now that the 45s came out, you could probably get the M40s cheaper. They should provide decent protection.

Still, for the price of the M45s, I'd add another 100 dollars, and just get a dual head AL/LPP. But that's just me.

Laser

All radar is not Laser and there are still alot of the radio wave types that are mounted in police cars that can get you. The Laser cant be used through the windshield glass and you will see the Ofcr outside the car pointing it but the old types dont require that and are very much in use. I dont think its gonna save you that much and if you come by hauling a$$ then you will probably get stopped anyway.

Technically you can use it through the windshield, but the range will be greatly reduced. And, just so you know, there have been cases where LEOs get your speed by aiming at you from their side mirrors. And yes, it can be done, I've done it with a Pro Laser II

But yes, what you say is true. Radar is very well still alive. There are still plenty of places where they haven't even heard of laser.

Hey Travis, had fun shooting the video. Glad you got saved already.

Yeah the Bush Turn Pike is a son of gun. I have shot lots of video there. A friend of my family is a traffic officer for Garland.

Secret for all you guys that travel George Bush. Garland has a new secret weapon out there. If you see a white Caprice with antennas on it thats Garland. They took one of there old Caprices out of retirement and put it on the streets. Don't let it fool ya. It's got one of the old vette engines in it. It moves.

So, yeah if you don't want anymore tickets just send me a message. I can hook you up. If you live in the DFW area hit me up and I will fill you in on any info I can.

I don't think you can receive nor send messages since you are new. You are better off posting your e-mail address. I'd have some things I'd like to ask you.
