Should I stick with the Edge?

I have had my Edge programmer for 4 months now and really would like to try something else. I have used the Level 2 all the time. Never tried the level three because I dont want to put 93 octane. Throttle response is decent, bt I would like a bit more. Is there something better out there?

I don't think there is much for 4.6L engines. We must suffer with what we bought. The edge on Level 3 is decent. Have you tried swapping gears out on the truck. I did and it helped big time.

Do you have an exhaust system installed? If you don't you can go to Castellanos on 107 Ave SW 32nd Street across from the gas station. Talk to Ernie, he can give you a Magnaflow SI/DO with 3" stainless tips out the side like a lightning or out back between $250-$300 if not mistaken thats what I paid. If you want true duals he can do it for around $350.

Dude I have got it all or had it on. I have the Edge tuner, Volant intake, Underdrive pulleys, Magnaflow exhaust with no cats. Used to have the electric fans. You have probably seen my truck around.

I took my Skyjacker 3" lift off also MIA. So if you know anyone who wants a small lift for cheap let me know!

I didn't realize that you were an old pro at the modification scene. I should have noticed how many posts you have, no sarcasm either. As you can see by my number of posts, I new to the F150 scene and I want something fast but have to realize that it's 3 tons of fun that we purchased and not a mustang. By the way what does the 3" lift consists of? I might want to go that direction for a while before I drop the truck. This way I can go either up or down depending on time of year.

Let me know.

Thanks,

I have the 1" add-a-leaf's for the rear, the 3" front coils, and the shocks for the front. The kit also brings some rear shocks but they are totally shot, and honestly they were an extra. You could just use the stock shocks.

Get an intake and exhaust and it will make a big difference.

I have most every add on you can imagine. Exhaust, intake, tuner, pulleys, and I had the electric fans at one time.

I dont know what else I am missing?

What did ya think about the e-fans? I'm thinking about it, but I need dependablity first, ya know? I'd apprecciate any input 'cause I'm lookin @ doin' the rest of the mods you've done. thanks
P.S. Apparently I don't know how to do the whole "shadowy quote box".

The electric fans were good until my controller failed and truck overheated. Thats when I went back to stock. I need reliability and at any time that controller can fail.
