Got dynoed!

Went to the dyno today, primarily to check A/F ratios after the headers and AF1 intake. So here are the numbers, not quite what I was hoping for but it was hot as hell 96* F with about 46% humidity. Mods are as listed. Its hard to read but the A/F was about 13.3-13.5. Numbers are 244.69 HP with 293.09 Tq 1st run, 249.25 Hp and 282.95 Tq 2nd run. Just for kicks my cousin also ran his lightning we just put a 6lb pulley on and got 360hp and 490 Tq I believe.

The torque number seems quite low.. The HP number isn't bad though.

Did you ever get a stock baseline pull before the mods?

Thanks for sharing.

Dyno was done at Ramseys Performance off of Hillsborough Ave by TIA

I think the tq is low because of the headers and maybe a little too large of pipe but it sounds better this way now.

Never got a baseline sorry. Might give Troyer a call tomorrow see what they can maybe do with a custom tune the guy at the dyno said they dont get much more than 10hp over the canned tunes.

How big is the tubing?

I definitely agree that your LongTubes are killing your torque though. I can't believe as how much it is.

That's a bit on the lean side.

I agree - you need custom tuning asap.

I'm glad you saw this. The BoodLight didn't enable my brain to see this. .

I was running the same A/F when I was rocking the Edge and S&B. Custom tuning is in order, drive up to DeBary. www.VMPTuning.com

Heat, humidity sucks power. When I dyno'd last June, it was mid 90s as well, don't recall the humidity. Have Maggie SISO, K&N drop in, Troyer Perf 91 tune, I ran 247HP. Don't recall the TQ numbers though.

what setting on the edge are you running? what size AF1 do you have?

no that was pre tunner. I had the 3.25 AF1 and Troyer tunes on order, they didnt come in yet. Unfortunetly I never did get it dynoed with Troyers tunes when I was N/A. But it did run alot better according to the old butt dyno

How much did that custom tuning run ya Thumper? The exhaust is true duals 2.25 up to the muffler after the muffler i just had it changed to 2.5 up and over the axle dumped. I know this probably lost some torque but it had a horrible drone before.
