If you are selling the truck to buy a boat, what are you going to tow the boat with? And why woul dyou be selling an 04 for money to buy a boat and still buy an 09? Doesn't make sense to me.
I would say the 04 should be close to paid off, do that, then buy the boat. Whatever, its your deal.

My girlfriend has a 2006 harley davidson f150 to tow the boat,I just picked a 1993 cobra to drive around, so i dont need the truck any more,the truck is in great condition 29,000 miles,about 500 hp,avic z1,4.88 gears,procharger,moto metals 951,nittos tires

You have done quite a bit of custom work to that truck, I would definitely elaborate Bryan.
Also, how has your bluetooth been working? Do you have any echo problems with the mic location? I just bought the Z1 and am installing today, I've been reading of the common bluetooth problems but I don't remember you having any, I remember hearing you take a call from your lady when driving with you. I don't know how you'll come to grips with selling the truck so good luck with that. I know how sorry you can be at replying to questions so answer them all! =]
