alright here is another question for you guys. throttle body. anyone have it? if so what are you .02? hp/tq is it enough to notice? does the engine still ide smooth and such? thanks again for all the help.

alright cause i have cold air, exhaust, 4.56 gears, cats are cut, shorty headers, sct tuner, 75 shot of zex. the t/b still wont make a diff? and will it mess my truck up? thanks again.

How about cams anyone with those in the 5.4?

 

Buddy - that last post was a (too subtle?) hint - use Search - this has already been answered as well.

Your truck is still essentially stock, so still 'nope' on the TB.

Cams is good You'll need to have your tunes adjusted.

Yeah as MGDfan said... your "engine" is still stock, so a TB won't do much for you.

Engine = Everything between the intake manifold exit to exhaust manifold/header entrance.
