High-Pitched Whislte??
High-Pitched Whislte??
well the best way i can explain the noise im hearing is as a high pitched whistle.
as i accelerate more it gets more high pitched but once i shift it goes down to a steady whistle
if i turn the radio on to lik 2 bars it masks it.
but i use to only hear this on cold starts in the morning during winter
now im hearing it constantly just about.
any ideas?

i may try the dealer, but with everyhting i have, god only knows what they will say to me.
well it sounds like its coming from my drivers side, somewhere below the height of the bottom of the steering wheel

did it start recently? maybe something you've done recently to it, like that CB radio. your PA is under the hood right?

Throttle body? Mine did the exact same thing in the cold.. 06' F-150 with the 5.4... Anytime it got cold out it would do it, and my truck's intake was completely stock..
