Any Ford techs, please help. I live in England and the base can't do my wheel alignments because my tires are too big for their machine. There is a place that can do it, but they don't normally work on American cars so they don't have the info they need to properly align my wheels. Can someone please post the proper specifications for a 2004 Ford F150 Supercrew 4WD? Looking for all 4 wheels. I have the Hayne's Manual and it doesn't say.

FRONT: L & R are the same.
CAMBER: -1.0 (Range 0.6)
CASTER: 3.1 (Range 5.1)
TOE: 0.00 (Range 0.20)

CROSS CAMBER: -0.8 (Range 0.8)
CROSS CASTER: -1.2 (Range 0.4)
CROSS TOE: 0.0 (Range 0.4)

REAR:
Pretty much level to all earth axis... it's a straight axle.
