Driveshaft? Get off the gas and get back on it and see what it does.

Edit: Doesn't rize suggest driveshaft mods? Have modded it?

Pinion angle. Mine does it ever since I installed lowering shackles.

i read there is a TSB on it. Ive heard Pinion angle and Clutch pack. Mine had it bad and I thought it was my tires because they had 50,000 miles on em. When i got my truck lifted it went away, or so i thought. Now i still have it but its not as bad because of the bigger tires

Like Quintin said, it's more than likely your pinion angle. The only way to fix it would be to take it to a driveline shop and let them fix the angle with shims under the blocks.
