I agree, I was expecting something worse. I would still have a serious case of the *** though. Good luck with the lower bumper repair/replacement.

man that sucks... ive got the exact same dent on my truck... i was coming back from the beach one day with some buddies and we were racing these girls in a wrangler through miami traffic ad long story short and i rearended some lady in a chrysler crossfire srt 6. Never reported it so im stuck with a dented valence... but atleast our trucks got matching scars

My front plastic valance is damaged from when I bought the truck new... couldn't tell that it was damaged... or else it was manufactured wrong. But there are NO scratches in it or any signs that I hit something or damaged it... but I dare not take it to the stealership to hear their lame excuse.
