04 Screw 3.73 gear, 5.4 4x4 totally stock with 68k. I have been tracking my MPG for 2 months between city and highway and am averaging 16.8 which I am very happy with. (trip meter says 15.5) I got the tranny and coolant changed last week and also had them do an injector cleaning. My dealer calls it Induction System Service (clean carbon off valves and clean throttle bore area and throttle plate). Now my city/highway MPG is 14.1, same driving style and gas as before. What gives? Did they do something to my computer? Any advice? Should I let the dealer know?
