Actually, yes it does......it's hot out lately....that would work perfectly.

But thanks for bringing it up.

Just came back from a cruise around the city.

Obviously the exhaust made the truck sound a lot louder and beefy, but with the addition of the Banks intake today, it sounds even louder. Never thought the intake would make that much difference just with the overall sound during acceleration.

The intake and magnaflow are keepers but I would have to agree on the stick-on chrome. That stuff I would expect to find on the discount aisle at Autozone.

Well, I thought about all that chrome and that it would be terribly tacky. I was kind of suprised once it all went on.

But, I think it's better now, since it's all chromed instead of having black parts with chrome on a white truck.

But don't worry.....no spinners and 24's in my future....

And, if the chrome starts to peel in winter, it'll come off easily. Not out a lot of $$$ if that happens anyways.

Cool. Wasn't tying to be a wise @ss. It's just easy to get out of hand with the chrome to the extent it starts distracting from the rest of the truck.

I think the chrome on a white trucks looks pretty good, but white's about the only color that could get away with that much chrome. The only thing I don't like is the stick on window vents, I would have gotten the in-channel ones. Other than that I think it looks good.

How does that Bank's sound during normal crusing. Air box looks big. Been thinking of that same intake but nobody really has it that I can find.

Yeah, it's ok, I knew what you meant. I did see a black F150 tonight like mine, and it went a little overboard with the chrome.

I think I've put as much as I am comfortable with anyways. Just might look into replacing the grille with the Street Scene grille incl fog lights, like the one featured in Truckin'. That or a Harley Grille with a painted surround.

Well, I will be honest. It's LOUD. That with the Magnaflow exhaust I did yesterday, it's a pretty loud combination. Almost too much even for my redneck tastes.
