Are all silver (no biege accents) Lariat rims rare?

Are the all silver Lariat rims with no biege accents between the spokes or on the center caps rare? I thought I read on here that they were only available on 2004 solid color Lariats. I know they arent worth much anyway but they certainly look better on a solid color truck than the AB rims do. I am just wondering because I am selling mine on Ebay and had someone question if they were only available in 04 or not. BTW....I got a set of Mark LT rims as replacments for the 24s when time comes....

Here are some pics of what I am talking about:

I think you're right. My Dad's 2004 ALL white Lariat had those, and my 2005 ALL white Lariat had the beige.

All silver were 2004 only, they went to the beige accents in 2005 and up.

It depends on what you classify as rare. They were standard on all 2004 Lariats. I don't know how many Lariats were sold but it was probably around 150,000.

Will the 2004 Lariat wheels fit later models, or are they restricted to the smaller calipered brakes?

Like Quintin said, the '04's were all silver. My two toned Lariat had them but now sports the OEM 20's.

150,000...probably 95% of those are still on the truck...so that leaves maybe 7,500 sets that will ever be sold to all XLT STX and FX4 owners that would want a wheel without the Arizona Biege on them. Not to mention that there is at least 3 times as many of the biege wheels out there (04=1 year of production and 05,06,07=3 years of production). Fairly rare in that perspective I would say. On top of that how many of them are still 99% brand new? But like I said I dont think they are worth a lot...just hard to find.

Right now there still only worth a penny....

Please tell me you didn't slick the tread with 'shine!' That's not a good idea. Hahaha!

I'd prefer your wheels over mine...I killed the AZ beige grille very quickly, and the wheels, though not all that bad, still bother me. My truck is all white/chrome, and black except for the wheels and lights.

I have a set of the all-silver Lariat wheels that I took off my 2004 right after I got it. They're just sitting in the garage. I never knew I owned something so special!

Will Ford ever run out of Arizona Beige paint?
