Go to ebay and get a delta full size polly wheel well tool box. I bought mine from this guy for $50. They make them in diamond and plate steel also. But I just needed a storage place for my extras so i don't need anything fancy there.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...4848&rd=1&rd=1

I have cargo straps, tow strap, hi-lift jack accesories, spare lug nuts, and tools, with plenty of room to spare. Nice thing is that I still can haul a several 4x8 sheet of plywood where all other tool boxes would cause a problem.

I would like to find something just like this for under my tonneau cover. I would also like to pay this price.

It would fit under a cover easy. Just search google for wheel well toolbox. There are also models that have slide out drawers that wouldn't even need you to open the cover. Just drop the tail gate and you can reach everything.
