13.3 mpg why ?
My FX4 gets 14.5 MPG city (5.4L, 4X4, 3.73LS). If I romp on the gas all the time, my MPG will drop down to 12-13 MPG. It's not as sensitive to highway speeds as my '05 FX4 was. I'm getting 19+ MPG from 65 to 85 MPH.
Everything about the F-150 is BIG & BEEFY. From the heavy gauge fully boxed frame, to the monster 3 inch leaf springs to even the huge door hinges... this truck is built with a lot of steel and a mindset of durability. We're just not going to get the 17 MPG city they claim from a Silverado.

11mpg??? I get 13 to high 13 with a lot of freeway. Since my intake and turning my edge down to 2 this last tank seems to be even better I got 150 miles to the quarter tank so Ill finish this tank off and see what I got.
500x100

its the internet police trying to make us think we actually care how big our signature is in pixel size.

That's just ridiculous!
I'm down to the mid-to-high 14's [since my level, 20" MM's and 35" MT's] and don't like it one bit.... so much so that I'm lucky to drive it once a week of late.

None taken, Says im getting around 350 per full tank, im happy with that. I was only getting like 310 before... Plus the 4.56 doesnt help on mpg... but i love to roll around in a just like this:
I have the 5.4L and am getting high 13s pretty consistently . I feel like I do mostly "city" driving in the suburbs. I've got a 12mile commute that normally takes about 25 minutes, so to me - that's a "city driving" profile.
When I do get to drive at highway speeds, I'm seeing mid 17s.
I use the ScanGuage II for milage calculations.

I am in the 13's and I am almost always in it or runnig with O/D off to play at a moments notice. I do find that if I dont play as much I have gotten as much as 14.6 and when my wife drives my truck she is in the upper 16's.
06 Lariat Supercab 5.4 My mileage computer consistently says 15.6-15.8 but when I do the math after a fillup it is usually about 16.5. I have a forty mile commute, half bumper to bumper interstate and half 80 mph interstate. I drive fast and hard usually and my truck is bone stock. I can run 50 miles on the interstate with cruise set at 85 and it still says 15.6-15.8, and then did it at 70 on the way home and still stay in that range. I haven't found anthing I can do driving wise to change my mileage.
More important than how you drive is where you drive. People who live in flat states with few hills are going to get a lot better mileage than people who live in the mountains. I average 13.3 around home, 15.0 at the beach.

Here is a post that I made in another thread, but it pertains to this one also.

When I fueled up before heading home I thought that I figured the mileage wrong, but then at home it figured the same.
For what my truck is, and the way that I drive (usually 3000-3500 rpms before shifts) I am very, very happy with my mileage!! If I need any better mileage then I drive our Focus.
This is all while running lvl2 with custom settings on my edge. If I go to lvl3 with custom settings I usually see .5-1.5mpg increase, not towing of course.
