Short Story:
They have an "If we can fix it, its warrentied, otherwise you are SOL" warrenty.

Long Story:
TV's were put in the truck as part of the sales agreement. 2 8" headrest TV's. One of the first two was defective immediatly so it was sent back for warrenty. A month later it was finally replaced. Now 2 years into my 3 year warrenty (though an authorized dealer) the same TV has gone bad again. I sent it to them 4 months ago and nothing. My dealer has given up working with them. Turns out they discontinued the product and dont have the parts to fix it. My only choice is to buy 2 new tv's at a discounted rate (since they are a matched set). Why would I buy more products from them when they wont warrenty the ones I have. When I called them they told me that the warrenty is only good if they can fix it. Well I am getting the original TV back just to fill the gapping hole in my headrest since I am sick of looking at it. Just a warning to those looking for in car video.

 

Man that blows! If I do that i'll make sure to stay away from them.
