I checked on fordwarrantys.com and discountfordwarranties.com, the later is the most inexpensive. I was wondering where the best price you guys have found.

Well, I'm sure you know this but you get what you pay for. The most frustrating situations you can get into is when you do not thoroughly read and FULLY understand exactly what your extended warranty covers and does not cover, especially when you need it.

I went with warrantydirect.com. My 5 year 100K mile extended warranty is the best that I could find. I paid $1700 for it. I highly recommend you call them and tell them the other warranty contracts you are considering and they will tell you exactly what is covered compared to what they cover.

I checked with about 4 or 5 different Ford branded extended warranties and none were close to warranty direct.

Going for the cheapest extended warranty can cause nothing but frustration. You need to REALLY pay attention regarding LABOR costs too!! And you'll see who charges what. That is how the "cheaper" extended warranty companies get you.
