A friend of mine (well, not really a friend, a guy I knew) worked for one of those brake chains, I won't say which one, except that they want you to "Trust Their Touch." He'd joke that every vehicle that rolled in got CPR...Calipers, Pads, and Rotors.

Wow thats alot of cash. I just ordered cross drilled and slotted rotors front and rear for 326 shipped and I'm thinking about another 160 in pads. Ceramic or Regular metallics anyone. ?

anyone have links? i thought i read on here someone having a problem with pads being chewed up using the slotted? could be wrong. they look nice and i am sure the combination drilled and slotted should cool them well. wonder if they are better then the stock. the truth about trucks seems to show a pretty good rotor and cooling....just thinking out loud.....my 04 will be getting ready for a change soon.

ps. anyone tow a travel trailer with these new brakes/rotors? my tt is about 6500lbs. don't want to overheat a new rotor and warp it....just curious.

Here in Florida, I read, the chain "Just Brakes" has the most complaints to the state about their service. It was in the "trade paper" for auto repair, called Fuel Line.

Have one down the street from my shop. They don't take any business from me. Do get a few people that leave there in a hurry pissed off though.

"Just Brakes" lol what a crock. How do you get rust on aluminum calipers jack*asses. I wonder how much $$ they make on clueless people selling them brake jobs they don't need.

i just got an email back from rotorpros and they said i have them on the correct way
