Exhaust Vibration???

Hey Guys,
Recently I have been hearing an annoying vibration coming from the bed of my truck. Finally I took the time to try and pin point the cause. It seems that my aftermarket exhaust is hitting the frame causing the vibration. I can only tell it is happening when I put the truck I reverse. Anyhow, it seems that there are some rubber spacers in between the hardware and brackets that hold the pipe in place. The spacers have deteriorated and I believe is the reason for the vibration. I have never installed an exhaust on a truck so I am not sure of what the steps are or the parts that are included. I am wondering if these rubber spacers would be available at a local auto parts store, you know some sort of universal spacers. Or would I have to go to an exhaust place? I bought the truck with the exhaust on there, so I am not even sure of the brand. I just want to get rid of this dang vibration. Any ideas?

That rubber spacer is to absorb the vibration from the exhaust. If they've deteriorated you can go to a muffler shop and have the hangers replaced. Shouldn't be too expensive. I'd guess maybe $20 to $30.

Yeah the same happened to me, I popped a hanger loose and the exhaust shop fixed it for like $25 or $30
