I've done a lot of searching and have detailed instructions on how to set up for an IPOD to play through my stock HU and be able to have the information visible through the message center on my HU.

I don't have an Ipod. I have a 20 GB Creative Zen. I've searched around the net a little (not a lot) but I don't really know what I am looking for. Does a PIE Adapter work for this brand of MP3 as well? If i need something else, what do i need and where do i get it?

 

Yours should work. I'm using my Palm Tungsten E on mine. As long as you have the cable. Someone posted here that you can get one from Walmart.

You won't be able to visualize the iPOD song or playlist with the above set up all you'll see on the HU display is "PIE"..you'll need to look at the iPOD itself for that information. Supposedly PIE is working on another interface that will allow the iPOD display to pass thru the adaptor to the HU display. They were 'road testing' this adaptor when I last spoke with them about 2 weeks ago.
