Went down to sign the papers today since my wife is leaving out of town tomorrow for a week. While we were there the hauler showed up with my truck on it They wanted me to wait until tomorrow so they could get it detailed and filled up. Told them just fill the truck up and owe me a detail since the weather has been and will be crappy all week. No sense in detailing it and then driving it home in the rain. So I shuffled cars around and made it fit in the 3rd garage. Should be a nice chore backing this thing in there everyday :o Anyway, here is a picture. Took the front plate bracket off already and trying first thing in the morning to get the windows tinted this week.

Very nice-I was going to get a DSG one but couldnt wait for one w/ leather so I got a black one they had on the lot. So what are your planned mods?

Thanks guys! Don't know if I want to mod it or not. Have had several cars modded (supercharged 87 LX 5.0, 2003 Cobra) and don't know if I want to fall into that mod-demon again. If anything I'll end up with a decent DVD player in it for the kids if we take my truck instead of the wifes Expy. My Torza top should be here this week, and the tinted windows this week if all goes well. Other than that, not much planned in the near future.

Thanks Been in it just over a year. Had it built last year, which is why I don't have my Cobra anymore. Gave up the car 2 years ago to start having the house built. Was well worth it. The wife and I both gave up good vehicles to go to (2) 2005 Explorer XLS' which we both hated. We now have the house we want and the vehciles we want

Im glad you got the DSG. Did that one come with leather or did you get the sport cloth seats like my FX2 Scab. Someone correct me if im wrong, but the Screws only come in leather with the FX2 package and the Scab only come in cloth with the FX2 package?

Anyways glad your on board

When I bought mine there was 10 or so screws on the lot with cloth. You could also only get them with a 5.4 then but thats changed now so who knows.

It's got the cloth in it. I've had leather seats before, and out here in the desert where it easily gets to 110* outside Even with the tinted windows, they get pretty hot, so I decided to go with the cloth. They did have the leather in the Screws and Scabs that I looked at.

Nice truck.

The headlights look DSG, are they still black or are they now DSG for the FX2's?
