ive got about 1/2 gal of coolant in the valley of the engine 3v 5.4 i took off the intake manifold to do an upgrade. ive had it in the shop for 2 days got the coolant sys pressured up to 20 psi its only leaked down about 2lbs in over 24 hrs the tech can not find it. so far no one ive talked too has ever had a leak in the valley of the engine i even called roush with no luck the tech wants to put it back together and put some dye in the coolant its a good idea but im going to end up paying for the tear down twice. so im just looking for anyone that has had this problem before or any ideas at this point?? thanks
