Deep-Dish Rims...

I want to throw a set of "deep-dish" style rims on my F150...

But I want them to be able to fit the stock tires... anyone have an idea to where I can buy a set?

Basically the same size from the factory, but just "deep-dish"...

I am not looking for a "pimp" or "dub" rim... I'm looking for something along the lines of this...

Ummmm... why waste good tires? If I can get 35k out of them I'll be happy.

Also... would you like my F150 with FAKE stock chrome rims or REAL chrome rims... which would look better? I'll take the REAL ones please... f' how the tires look. Infact, I want to stay with the same gas mileage too.

When the OEMs get bald, I'll get new ones.

Maybe you should consider other people's budgets before criticizing. Maybe I like the OEM tires. IT's my truck, I'm not asking for an opinion on my tires nor on rims. If I want it to look like a clown truck then fine... it's my money, it's my truck, and it's my time.

Maybe you should consider harassing Ford for not putting REAL chrome rims on these trucks... instead of me.

What do you mean they won't fit... it's RWD. Lemme guess, it's with the brakes... and the offset is FWD.

Hmm. . this is a internet forum. I can voice my opinion since this website is for exactly that. I couldn't give a rats *** what you do with your truck. I'm just letting you know that its going to look goofy as hell with those tires. The wheel is actually going to stick out of the tire. I know someone who tried it. Have you ever thought about selling the tires? So it really wouldn't be a waste.

PS: Don't blame Ford for not putting chrome wheels on the truck. .

True except for...

I specifically asked the dealer for "chrome" rims... I paid extra for them. $325. Go to find out there are Chrome covers on black rims... boy did I get ripped.

XLs come with hubcaps.

You've got chrome hubcaps. They come standard with silver hubcaps.

LOL thats exactly what came to mind!

manual-to get a "deep dish" rim like the one you posted the width of the wheel would have to be around 10" or more. The tire you are running is made to fit on a 7.5" wheel. Will it fit on the 10"-yes but the sidewall will be stretched like a mother and will be far from safe let alone the fact that like others have said, will look really goofy. Your best bet is to either sell what you have and buy some wheels that you like with some tires to match (275 width or bigger) or come up with the cash for the new ones and keep what you have for a spare set. No flaming intended-just trying to help you understand.
