Actually Lug centered or they would not have acorn style lug nuts.

Hub centric.

Moto Metals balance much better on Lug Centric though.

Kingfish51 is right. They are lug centered. Any time there is an acorn nut they are lug centered.

They're actually kind of both because say for example there was no hub, the 60º lugnut faces would center the wheel anywyas. The hub centers the wheel even before you tighten the lug nuts though, so I would call them hub-centric.

I'm saying hub because with mine there is absolutely 0 space between the hub and the wheel.

what machine did you have them balanced on? hopefuly it was on of the state of the art road force machines that also measures rim and tire runout

go there and find the closest shop to you, have them rebalance your tires tell them you had your tires balanced on an inferior machine
