Tire size

I ordered The autospring 2-1/2 leveling kit

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Auto-...spagenameZWDVW

What are the biggest tires i can put on this, with keeping the 18in Stock wheels(I like them).

I cna get a great deal on the Nitto Terra Grappler AT (LT285/65R18E1 125R B)

I have a 2004 F-150 SuperCab FX4.

Thanks for any help.

some people stuff 35s under the leveling kit, but probably have rubbing and it isnt that practical. 285s (33") will fit perfectly.

285's will fit even without a lift, won't they? Stock FX4 tires are already a 275. Won't the 285s look lost with that much lift?

Best bet is to ask Wandell over in the aftermarket tires forum.

My FX4 had 255/17's oem, and I have 35/12.50/17's mounted with my 2.5 AS with minor rubbing at full lock going left on the upper a arm...but not going right. Anyway I avoid full lock anyway so not much of an issue.

Err. just noticed you have 18's, so my stock tire info is irrelevant.

What was your stock tire? 285/65/18 is a 32.6" tire, while my stock 275/65/18 is a 32.1" tire.
